Onboarding & training

We set up ordering, run in-service training for your staff on application and fitting, and give you a named point of contact.

What we need from you

Being upfront about the ask, so nothing turns up as a surprise later.

What we'll ask for

  • A signed order or prescription specifying the product
  • Relevant clinical notes supporting medical necessity
  • Diagnosis codes for the condition being treated
  • ABI or vascular screening results where compression is involved
  • An hour of staff time for initial training and questions

What we won't ask for

  • Any up-front payment or minimum volume
  • A DME licence or accreditation of your own
  • Inventory space or stock purchase
  • Your staff to chase claims or handle appeals
  • Exclusivity — you can work with other suppliers
